Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before 4:00 PM on the same day. After 4:00 PM, the product is picked up for delivery and cannot be canceled.

Warranty & Guarantee
Some selected products come with both warranty and guarantee. The details will be mentioned in the product description.

Damaged Products
If the customer finds any physical damage at the time of delivery, they can return the product immediately to the delivery agent.

Payment Terms

• Cash on Delivery is available for most orders.

• For advance payments (bKash), customers must pay the full amount to our official bKash number before order processing.
